Alan Newcomb - Operations Associate

Alan received his BA from Bard College in 2003 and his MSW from the University of Georgia in 2025. He joined S.T.O.P. in 2022 after leaving a two-decade career in the film industry as a camera assistant to pursue a career in social work and spend more time with his wife, son, daughter, mother, cats, plants and books. While grateful for the years he spent backing up some of the world’s best cinematographers, he is thrilled to now provide support for a whole new sector of watchers and watching.
