Erin McFadden - senior research consultant

Erin is a Senior Research Consultant at the Surveillance Technology Oversight Project (S.T.O.P.) and a reproductive justice activist with National Women's Liberation. She previously managed candidate research and operations as the second full-time employee of The David Prize, and was a lead coordinator in Gowanus Mutual Aid. Erin earned her MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics in 2019, with a focus on feminist economics & policy, and tax avoidance facilitation as a state development strategy. Previously, she managed foreign rights at an NYC literary agency. Her perennial concerns with reproductive justice, labor rights, public goods & space, and civic engagement have been consistent themes in all of her work thus far. Erin graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University in 2015, with a BA in Economics and English Literature, and a minor in Visual Art. In 2023 she read 58 books, and this year she's trying to top that.
