Stop Surveillance Summer

Friend, Summer is heating up, and so is the fight against surveillance. That’s why we’re launching Stop Surveillance Summer, starting with a City Hall rally on Tuesday at 9:00 AM! Join us, elected officials, civil rights groups, and Democratic clubs to condemn surveillance discrimination and the tools that make it possible. We’ll be calling for bans on facial recognition, geofence warrants, subway metal detectors, and threats to BIPOC, Muslim, immigrant, and LGBTQ+ New Yorkers. All our events will take place outdoors, following strict COVID-19 precautions. But there are also steps you can take from home.
