Pursuant to the state open records law, N.Y. Pub. Off. Law §§ 84 to 99, I write to request access to and a copy of:
1. Any and all memos, audits, reports, and communications (including emails) from 3/1/2019 through 4/30/2019 describing the number of downloads of the NYC 2019 Enrollment Books from the www.vote.nyc.ny.us website.
If your agency does not maintain these public records, please let me know who does and include the proper custodian's name and address.
I would prefer the request be filled electronically in PDF format, by e-mail attachment (to albert@stopspying.org) if available or disc if not. See §87(5)(a), §89(3)(a), and §89(3)(b). I agree to pay any reasonable fees of not more than $25.00. If the request cannot be filled electronically and the cost to copy and mail the requested material will be greater than $25.00, please notify me. Please provide a receipt indicating the charges for each document.
As provided by the open records law, I will expect your response within five (5) business days. See N.Y. Pub. Off. Law § 89(3). If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material.
