Sam Spain - Legal Fellow

Sam Spain earned her J.D from Notre Dame Law School in 2026 and earned her B.S. in English from the United States Naval Academy in 2017. Prior to attending law school, she served as a U.S. Naval Officer. At Notre Dame, she focused her studies and internships on civil liberties, digital oversight, policing issues, and immigration.
